Basic QuickVu allows you to view the specific service level of a device by it's serial number and log a call with Business Smarts or the Manaufacturer and is free to Business Smarts customers

Advanced QuickVu allows you take full advantage of the asset management/help desk features of QuickVu and requires a one time fee of $950.

Installed Systems & Software - QuickVu keeps track of all you hardware and software purchases from Business Smarts and presents the information online. Serial numbers, product information, asset tags, authorization info etc. it's all there. 

Product Support - Find your level of support fast. Instructions on how to get onsite hardware service or phone support for software. All in one, web accessible database, available 24 hours a day. 

Decision Support - See how much you are spending on services. Evaluate upgrading or continuing service. Email notifications of when critical services are up for renewal. Fine tune your support agreements to exactly what you need.
